I didn't know such a game existed.<br /><br />When I researched it a bit, I found an explanation for the strange name here: http://boards.straightdope.com/sdmb/showthread.php?t=663866 <br /><br />Apparently, the name is not derived from 'our' Moriarty but from the name of a member of the Goon Show, a 1950s radio show on BBC that starred a guy called Count Jim Moriarty (http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Count_Jim_Moriarty ).<br /><br />Apparently, a catch phrase from the show was: "Moriarty, where are you?"<br /><br />The show also, like the game was absurd and comic - says a guy in that forum I've linked to.<br />Meghashyam Chirravoorihttps://www.blogger.com/profile/08201602512204610407noreply@blogger.com
