1/2 ounce earl grey syrup
1/2 ounce freshly squeezed lemon juice
2 dashes Scrappy’s cardamom bitters
1 lemon twist, for garnishing

Boiling water
1 bag of earl grey tea
16 ounces honey

My bottle is trying to keep his/her temperance pledge. Personally, I think I'd prefer something with a little rum.
